The Organization Success Test (O.S.T.) evaluates the different FUNCTIONS in a business which may affect the overall efficiency of the organization. The test is based on an IDEAL SCENE for each of these functions. Ideally every one of them should be optimally effective and well coordinated with all others, as well as in good harmony with the senior management's vision. So the purpose of the test is to determine/detect the areas of organizational weaknesses which may temper or impede the expansion of the company. And so to determine what can/must be done to accelerate expansion or to stop contraction.
